About the Venue

Cherith Hall is an elegant, vintage-style venue – yet casual enough for any event setting. The richness of the wood on the walls, the cathedral ceiling, the natural light from the windows, and the surrounding pastural views creates a beautiful backdrop for any private event.

Full catering is available from a menu offering a variety of dining styles and cuisine, with the option to customize, to your taste preferences and event style. This venue has relationships with a selection of vendors such as a DJ, a photographer, an officiant, master of ceremonies, and a baker. We also welcome outside vendors for the Do-It-Yourself event planners.

Location:
Uniquely set on a 92 acre working livestock farm, Cherith Hall is located in Red Oak, Virginia. Conveniently situated between the triangle in North Carolina, Washington, D.C. and Richmond, Virginia.

Facilities and Capacity:
Whether you are hosting an anniversary party, engagement party, wedding & reception, birthday celebration, business event, family reunion, or any event; the picturesque and serene environment Cherith Hall offers has a rustic, yet vintage appeal that suits many different tastes and styles.

We know that rain can put a damper on any event day. Event organizers are given the option to host both indoor and/or uncovered outdoor activities. Cherith Hall and its surrounding lawns allow the flexibility of either type of environment.

Cherith Hall provides all-inclusive and fully catered options; offering event planners as stress-free of an experience as possible; or the option of Do-It-Yourself event packages. We can accommodate up to 100 guests in Cherith Hall, and up to 200 guests for a combined indoor/outdoor event, providing the ideal location for an event of any size. Larger events can be taken into consideration.

We can handle many of the details for you, to bring together your vision for your event in a way that expresses your style. Any question that arises, we are able to walk event planners through it, reducing concern; to create an environment where they can relax and enjoy …the event …the moment …the opportunity, with co-workers, friends or family who came to take part in it.
