The Hunter's Package

This package is for hunters who want to get away for one night or longer. We offer seasonal hunting for deer, turkey, fox, squirrel, and rabbit; when permitted by Virginia Game and Wildlife laws during open seasons. Wether you are hunting on CornerStone Farm's wild private forty acre timbered tract, or the forty thousand acres of the 26 nearby Wildlife Management Areas; our accommodations are conveniently located to your hunt.

A full country breakfast is complimentary each morning you rise and an evening meal is provided as well to round out your day before retiring. Other featured farm amenities are available at an additional charges if you wish to partake in these activities once you arrive at the farm.

Included in the Hunter Package*:
Full Country Breakfast & Refreshments at no additional charge.
Dinner included, please notify.
Dietary requirements met with advance notice.

*Lunch - Midday meals are available with costs added to bill.

Hunter Rate: $95.00 per night Single or $115.00 Double occupancy. A $15.00 charge will be added for an additional person per room per night’s stay. Maximum three persons per room. Cot provided.

We encourage family participation and offer you to upgrade to either the Farmhand or Farmer package to make it ideal for the non-hunting family members to come and enjoy the farm and area while you are out hunting.

Discounts available on this package
* Pre-pay discount of 5% applies to the Hunter package.
* Group rates for parties of six, using the overflow room where applicable.
* Children under five years of age are welcome free. Ages six to eleven half price. Children twelve and older full price. Cots can be placed in rooms for children under ten years of age with adult.

Well-behaved children welcome. Pets and horses are allowed also. Please see Policies for further explanation on all restrictions.
